The ‘Accademia del Gelato Italiano’ founded in October 2021 was born to become the home of the know-how to collect product knowledge, generate culture in order to improve the operators’ quality and spread a humanistic approach based on a skilful integration between “knowledge” and “craftsmanship”.
It intends to welcome customers with a first-hand experience of the company’s reality and consumers with excellent products, as well as establish relationships with other Company Academies for an exchange of information, in order to increase the general culture, open up and collaborate towards new market channels or customers.
